1991 WR/YZ Yamaha 250. Complete dis-assembled and restored. Every part had some form of attention. All the hardware was hand restored, and taken to be recoated in either standard zinc color or gold. Frame/shock spring/pipe was powder coated. All other main aluminum parts to include hubs, had the casting seams removed, and were Cerakoted in H series, which has to be oven cured. All suspension was re-built with a new head seal on the shock, and fork seals. Yamaha suspension oil used only. I even polished the fork springs. The calipers and master cylinders were re-built, after Cerakoting. Carb was restored and new vent lines replaced the old ones. Motor was completely gone through and repainted.  Radiators flushed/painted. This bike has never been started since the restore. I can start it and offer a video of it running prior to shipping or pick up.
